Different Alternatives For A Variety Of Issues.

Reflexology

A science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all the glands, organs, and parts of the body. It is a unique method of using the thumbs and fingers on these reflex areas.
This modality can assist anyone with any circumstance.

Raindrop Technique

The Raindrop Technique is a great way to become familiar with how essential oils benefit you. The oils have powerful antiseptic properties. Many also have anti-inflammatory properties as well. The technique is based on the theory that many types of viruses or bacteria lie dormant along the spine. These pathogens create inflammation, which in turn contorts and disfigures the spinal column.

The oils used during the technique are dispensed like little drops of rain from a height of about six inches above the back along the vertebrae. The oils are also applied to the soles of the feet. Although the entire process takes about an hour, the oils continue to work in the body for 5-7 days following treatment. Essential oils are some of the most powerful inhibitors of microbes’ known and thus may pose as an important new weapon in combating many types of infection. We only use young living oils because of their quality. They are therapeutic grade with nothing synthetic added.

Vita Flex Technique

Vita Flex technique means “vitality through the reflexes.” It is a specialized form of massage that is exceptionally effective in delivering the benefits of the essential oils through the body. It is said to have originated in Tibet thousands of years ago and was perfected in the 1960’s by Stanley Burroughs, long before acupuncture was popular in Western Medicine. It is based on a complete network of reflex points that stimulate all the internal body systems. There are more than 1400 vita flex points throughout the human body. It can affect the entire body and mind; releasing many kinds of imbalances, congestion and tension. There is a contrast between reflexology and vita flex. Reflexology has a steady stimulation while vita flex uses a rolling and releasing motion. This involves placing all four fingers flat on the skin, rolling onto the fingertips and continuing over onto the fingernails.

Ear Candling

Candling has been done for centuries by many different cultures. Candling is great for was removal and helps alleviate ear infections. Many people use candles once a year, but others with chronic ear infections or sinus problems seem to benefit with much more frequent treatments. If you have blocked ears, you’ll be amazed how much ear is drawn out of your ears by this method. Ear candling is done with a long hollow tube of wrapped muslin coated with bees wax and paraffin was. The small end of the candle is put into the ear and the other end is lit. As the candle burns the smoke travels into the ear canal, warming the wax and creating a gentle vacuum that draws whatever is in the ear out and into the hollow candle.
